First-year player Henderson has recorded five scores this season
The New England Patriots equaled their top unbeaten stretch since the Brady period as they overcame division rivals the Jets by 13 points in professional football
Rookie TreVeyon Henderson was the standout with three scores as the Patriots secured an eight-game winning streak for the initial occasion since legendary quarterback Brady's last year with the franchise in the 2019 season

Victory bolsters the New England's lead at the top of the AFC East as they improved to nine wins and two defeats, with the Jets bottom after slipping to two wins and eight losses
The Jets had scored first at their home field with quarterback Justin Fields rushing for a short rushing score to conclude the Jets' initial series
But the New England answered in the second period as the rookie scored two seven-yard touchdowns before the ball carrier grabbed a reception from Drake Maye at the back of the end zone in the middle of the third period to extend the lead to 21-7
"That was a key occasion for him rising to the challenge, and it's been fantastic for him to keep earning playing time," the quarterback said of the rookie. "He aims to be great."
Fields found John Metchie toward the end of the third period to narrow the deficit for the visitors but Andy Borregales converted a two kicks in the fourth quarter as the home side wrapped up the triumph
